Delete your Best You account
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open Best You and sign in.
- Open Settings and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — by email (if you no longer have the app)
Send an email to info@oncemore.io from the Google email address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account details (Google account ID, email address, name)
- Your device records (app install ID, app version)
- Your request records and daily usage counts
- Your reports about generated images
- Any uploaded photo or generated image still stored (these are deleted automatically within about 2 days anyway)
What is kept
Technical security logs (such as IP address and request time) are not linked to your account and expire on their own within 30 days. Nothing else is kept.
Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone, but it does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.
