Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Nplus Labs Bharat Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). They cover your use of the Best You Android app and its related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone and Google account secure. Tell us at info@oncemore.io if you think someone else is using your account.
3. What the Service does
The app picks a photo of you on your phone and sends that one photo to our servers. There, an AI model creates a new image based on it. The service is free and may change at any time. There are daily limits on how many images you can create. We may change these limits, pause the Service, or stop it.
4. Your photos
- You keep all rights in the photos you upload.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process and send your uploaded photo to our service providers. We use this permission only to create your image and run the Service, and it ends when the photo is deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
- You must only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed to it. You must have the right to use the photo.
5. Generated images
- Images are created automatically by AI. They may not look like you, may be inaccurate, and may sometimes be unexpected or unsuitable. Review an image before you use or share it.
- Subject to these terms and to applicable law, you may use your generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your generated images.
- Do not present a generated image as a real, unedited photograph in a way that could mislead or harm someone.
- Use the Report button for any image that is harmful, offensive or wrong. We review reports and may act on them.
6. What you must not do
You must not use the Service to:
- upload or create images of anyone under 18;
- upload or create sexual, nude, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content;
- impersonate, harass, defame or bully anyone, or create images of a person without their consent;
- create misleading "deepfake" content, including of public figures;
- break any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it;
- bypass our limits or security checks, use modified or automated clients, reverse engineer the Service, or overload our systems.
We use automated checks and may refuse any request. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful content to the authorities.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google (sign-in and app integrity checks), Cloudflare (hosting) and Black Forest Labs (AI image generation). Their own terms also apply to their services. We are not responsible for services that we do not control.
8. Our rights
The app, website, software, design and the "Best You" name belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them, except the right to use the Service as allowed here.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop the Service. Sections 4 to 6 and 8 to 13 continue to apply after your access ends.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or reputation. Our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or because you broke these terms, you will compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
